Wij realiseren en onderhouden groene en civiele projecten.

Wij beheren openbare ruimte met moderne machines.

Je werkt in een hecht team met doorgroeimogelijkheden.

Wat wordt er van jou verwacht?:

- Bereid civiele en groene onderhoudsprojecten Utrecht voor.

- Maak ramingen, detailcalculaties en meerwerkoffertes.

- Regel inkoop materialen, materieel en vergunningen

- Stel overdrachtsdossiers op en bewaak projectvoortgang.

- Leer als Junior Werkvoorbereider Civiel & Groen mee.

Waar jouw profiel aan moet voldoen:

- Let op: Nederlands is de voertaal. Geen vloeiend Nederlands, niet solliciteren.

- Mbo of hbo opleiding groen, techniek of civiel.

- Basiservaring met calculaties, ramingen en detailbegrotingen.

- Ervaring met Excel, Office en digitale werkdossiers.

- Affiniteit met civiele en groene buitenruimteprojecten.

- Bereid RAW-bestekken en aanbestedingsprocessen te leren.
