Bij deze bouworganisatie krijg je de mogelijkheid om samen te werken met ervaren collega's en stap voor stap het vak eigen te maken. Je wordt vanaf de eerste fases van een project betrokken en leert hoe je een bouwproject voorbereidt en begeleidt richting uitvoering. Daarbij krijg je veel verantwoordelijkheid, maar ook de begeleiding die nodig is om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. Wat ga je doen? Als junior werkvoorbereider ondersteun je bij verschillende onderdelen van het bouwproces. Je krijgt de ruimte om veel te leren en steeds meer zelfstandig op te pakken. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Opstellen en bijhouden van projectplanningen. - Ondersteunen bij inkoop en contact met leveranciers en onderaannemers. - Werken met BIM en controleren van tekeningen en technische documenten. - Technisch uitwerken van projecten en voorbereiden van de uitvoering. - Onderhouden van contact met opdrachtgevers, klanten en andere betrokkenen. - Aansluiten bij bouw- en projectoverleggen. - Meedenken over technische oplossingen tijdens de ontwerp- en voorbereidingsfase. - Begeleiden van projecten vanaf ontwerp tot en met de uitvoerin Wie je bent (of wil worden): Je bent leergierig, enthousiast en wilt jezelf ontwikkelen binnen de bouw. Ervaring als werkvoorbereider is mooi meegenomen, maar voor deze functie is vooral jouw motivatie om het vak te leren belangrijk. Daarnaast beschik je over: - Een afgeronde bouwkundige opleiding op MBO- of HBO-niveau. - Een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal. - Interesse in bouwtechniek en werkvoorbereiding. - Een proactieve en oplossingsgerichte instelling. - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden. - Een positieve en enthousiaste werk...
