Wij zijn opzoek naar een Junior Werkvoorbereider Elektrotechniek in Delft, Zuid Holland, Het betreft een functie voor 40 uur per week en het salaris bedraagt € 2.800 - 3.500. Wat ga je doen? Als Junior Werkvoorbereider ben je verantwoordelijk voor jouw eigen projecten van A tot Z. Samen met het team van werkvoorbereiders en projectleiders begeleid je het hele traject van ontwerp, advies, offerte tot uitvoering en oplevering. Je zorgt ervoor dat de uitvoering van tijdelijke verkeersmaatregelen, geleiderailconstructies en barriers volgens afspraak en offerte met de opdrachtgevers wordt uitgevoerd. Jouw taken op een rijtje: - Beoordelen van binnenkomende aanvragen; - Opstellen en opvolgen van calculaties bij opdrachtgevers; - Aanvragen van vergunningen; - Verzorging en aanvraag van technische tekeningen; - Schakelen met projectleiders, opdrachtgevers, wegbeheerders, leveranciers en andere betrokken partijen; - Zorgdragen voor een goede overdracht naar de planning en uitvoering; - Bewaken van kosten en opbrengsten van projecten; - Bijhouden van projectadministratie.

Wij zoeken iemand die: - Een afgeronde MBO-opleiding heeft in elektrotechniek; - In staat is om overzicht te houden over meerdere projecten tegelijkertijd; - Administratief nauwkeurig werkt, ook onder hoge druk; - Prioriteiten van projecten scherp in zicht en onder controle heeft; - Kennis heeft van MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook); - In bezit is van VCA (of bereid is deze te halen); - In bezit is van Rijbewijs B of BE.
