Als junior werkvoorbereider ben jij de schakel tussen ontwerp en uitvoering. Je zorgt ervoor dat projecten goed voorbereid de bouwplaats opgaan, zodat de uitvoering soepel kan verlopen. Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders, uitvoerders, tekenaars en onderaannemers. Jouw werk zorgt ervoor dat materialen op tijd beschikbaar zijn, tekeningen kloppen en de planning haalbaar is. Je krijgt de ruimte om mee te denken in oplossingen en je eigen stempel te drukken op de voorbereiding van projecten. Omdat je hybride werkt, wissel je kantoorwerk af met bezoeken aan de bouwplaats. Dat geeft je een compleet beeld van het project en houdt het werk dynamisch en afwisselend. Jouw taken in deze functie: - Uitwerken van bestekken en technische tekeningen tot uitvoeringsgereed niveau; - Aanvragen van offertes bij onderaannemers en leveranciers; - Opstellen van materiaallijsten en werkplanningen; - Controleren van tekeningen op uitvoerbaarheid en signaleren van knelpunten; - Coördineren van de inkoop en zorgen voor tijdige levering van materialen; - Afstemmen met projectleiders en uitvoerders over de planning en voortgang; - Bezoeken van bouwlocaties om de voorbereiding af te stemmen op de praktijk.

Binnen deze functie krijg je volop kansen om jezelf te ontwikkelen. Je wordt begeleid door ervaren werkvoorbereiders en projectleiders die hun kennis graag met je delen. Daarnaast biedt de organisatie een intern opleidingsplatform waar je trainingen kunt volgen op het gebied van techniek, planning en communicatie. Op termijn kun je doorgroeien naar een rol als senior werkvoorbereider of projectleider, afhankelijk van jouw ambities en ontwikkeling.
