TakenAls Junior Werkvoorbereider Industrie houd je je bezig met de betrouwbaarheid en beschikbaarheid van de machines & installaties in de fabriek; In deze afwisselende en dynamische functie ben je in staat knelpunten binnen de afdeling te analyseren en voorstellen te doen om structurele oplossingen te bewerkstelligen, waarbij je continu oog blijft houden voor de output en resultaten; Je analyseert storingen en ongeplande stops; Je stelt onderhoudsplannen op, waarbij je afwegingen maakt tussen preventief en correctief onderhoud; Het optimaliseren van technische processen en procedures in lijn met Ultimo en het werken aan continue verbeteringen; Je bent als Junior Werkvoorbereider Industrie verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen van de technische machinekennis van Operators; Vereisteneen HBO of WO diploma, bij voorkeur richting Werktuigbouwkunde, Technische Bedrijfskunde, Mechatronica of soortgelijkje beschikt over (stage) ervaring in een technische productieomgevingkennis van methodieken voor het continu verbeteren van processen en veranderingsman.
