Je werkt aan onderhoud en vernieuwing van tram- en metronetwerken en aan industriële railprojecten, zoals kraanbanen. Daarbij combineer je planning, techniek, financiën en afstemming met de mensen buiten. Een interessante functie als je technisch bent, graag dingen regelt en niet de hele week achter een bureau wilt zitten. Wat ga je doen Je werkt binnen een praktisch ingesteld team aan projecten in de lightrail en industrie. Vanuit de voorbereiding houd je overzicht over wat er nodig is en zoek je regelmatig de projectlocatie op om te zien wat er buiten gebeurt. Je krijgt verantwoordelijkheid over je eigen werkzaamheden en schakelt veel met uitvoerende collega's. - Je bereidt onderhouds-, vernieuwings- en nieuwbouwprojecten technisch en organisatorisch voor; - Je maakt planningen en bewaakt de voortgang van werkzaamheden; - Je houdt de projectadministratie en financiële voortgang bij en rapporteert hierover; - Je stemt werkzaamheden, materiaal en materieel af met voormannen, vaklieden en andere betrokkenen; - Je bezoekt projectlocaties en signaleert technische, praktische en veiligheidsgerelateerde aandachtspunten; - Je denkt mee over oplossingen wanneer de uitvoering anders loopt dan vooraf gepland.
