Als Junior Werkvoorbereider ben jij de schakel tussen de calculatie en de uitvoering. Jij zorgt ervoor dat projecten goed voorbereid de bouwplaats opgaan, zodat de uitvoerders en ploegen direct aan de slag kunnen. Je werkt nauw samen met ervaren werkvoorbereiders die jou begeleiden en opleiden in alle facetten van het vak. Je krijgt de kans om mee te draaien in verschillende projecten, waardoor je snel leert en groeit in jouw rol. Van het uitwerken van bestekken tot het maken van planningen en het aanvragen van materialen – jij bent betrokken bij de hele voorbereiding. Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden zijn onder andere: - Het uitwerken van bestekken en tekeningen tot uitvoeringsgereed niveau; - Het maken van werk- en materiaalplanningen voor de bouwplaats; - Het aanvragen en bestellen van materialen en materieel bij leveranciers; - Het berekenen van hoeveelheden en het maken van begrotingen; - Het ondersteunen van de uitvoerders bij de voorbereiding en planning van werkzaamheden; - Het verzorgen van contact met onderaannemers en leveranciers; - Het bijhouden van de voortgang en het signaleren van knelpunten in de planning; - Het meedenken over verbeteringen in de werkvoorbereiding en uitvoering.

Naast jouw dagelijkse werkzaamheden krijg je volop ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen. De organisatie biedt een duidelijk opleidingstraject waarin je stap voor stap wordt klaargestoomd voor een volwaardige functie als Werkvoorbereider. Je volgt interne en externe trainingen op het gebied van werkvoorbereiding, planning, contractvormen en bouwregelgeving. Ook krijg je de mogelijkheid om cursussen te volgen in softwarepakketten zoals AutoCAD, Relatics en MS Project. Daarnaast word je actief betrokken bij projectbesprekingen en bouwvergaderingen, zodat je leert hoe projecten in de praktijk worden aangestuurd. Door deze combinatie van praktijkerva
