Binnen het projectteam ondersteun je bij de technische en organisatorische voorbereiding van restauratie- en renovatieprojecten. Je werkt aan bestaande gebouwen waarbij techniek, detaillering en de bestaande situatie samenkomen. Je controleert en bewerkt 3D-tekeningen, stelt projectdocumentatie op en ondersteunt bij het opstellen en bewaken van planningen. Daarnaast onderhoud je contact met leveranciers en onderaannemers en zorg je dat materialen en informatie tijdig beschikbaar zijn. Tijdens de voorbereiding signaleer je knelpunten en denk je mee over praktische oplossingen. Onder begeleiding van ervaren collega's leer je hoe je projecten voorbereidt, werkzaamheden coördineert en rekening houdt met de specifieke uitdagingen van bestaande bouw. Een goede start voor iemand die het vak van werkvoorbereider in de praktijk wil leren en zich wil ontwikkelen binnen restauratie en renovatie. Op basis van uitmuntende vakkennis, jarenlange ervaring en een gezonde zakelijke instelling worden door het gehele land veel spraakmakende projecten gerealiseerd. Met ruim 100 vaste medewerkers wordt 30 à 40 miljoen euro omzet gerealiseerd, voornamelijk restauratie van monumentale gebouwen maar ook onderhoud en renovatie.
