Als Junior Werkvoorbereider Woningbouw vorm je een essentiële schakel tussen het kantoor en de bouwplaats. Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders, uitvoerders en leveranciers om bouwprojecten van A tot Z voor te bereiden en te begeleiden. Daarbij zorg je ervoor dat alle benodigde materialen en informatie op het juiste moment beschikbaar zijn, zodat de bouw efficiënt kan verlopen. Jouw rol is cruciaal voor het succesvol realiseren van uiteenlopende woningbouwprojecten, van kleinschalige woonhuizen tot grotere complexen. Jouw taken bestaan onder meer uit: - Het uitwerken en controleren van technische details en werktekeningen; - Het opstellen van werkbegrotingen en het bewaken van projectbudgetten; - Het aanvragen en vergelijken van offertes bij leveranciers en onderaannemers; - Het plannen en voorbereiden van bouwvergaderingen; - Het opstellen van werkplanningen en bestellijsten; - Het bijhouden van projectadministratie en documentatie; - Het onderhouden van contacten met alle betrokken partijen. Binnen de organisatie zijn er uitstekende doorgroeimogelijkheden voor ambitieuze werkvoorbereiders. Na enkele jaren ervaring kun je doorgroeien naar Senior Werkvoorbereider, Projectleider of je specialiseren in specifieke gebieden zoals duurzaam bouwen of BIM-coördinatie.
