Over de functie Als Junior Wmo-specialist bij BMC combineer je de zekerheid van een vaste thuisbasis met de unieke kans om bij diverse gemeenten in de keuken te kijken. Je voert keukentafelgesprekken, inventariseert welke ondersteuning inwoners nodig hebben en stelt indicaties. Daarnaast schakel je met diverse ketenpartners voor de in te zetten ondersteuning. In deze rol ben je de regisseur van je eigen loopbaan en adviseer je gemeentelijke organisaties bij uiteenlopende maatschappelijke puzzels. Door opdrachten uit te voeren bij verschillende gemeenten zie je in korte tijd veel werkwijzen en systemen, wat jouw leercurve versnelt. Je krijgt de kans om diverse rollen op te pakken en bouwt zo aan inhoudelijk meesterschap. Je staat er nooit alleen voor; via de BMC-community spar je met deskundige collega-specialisten over complexe casuïstiek en de nieuwste wetgeving, terwijl je samen met jouw HR-verantwoordelijke stuurt op jouw werkgeluk en persoonlijke ambities. Functie-eisen Om succesvol te zijn in deze dynamische interim-rol, neem je een gezonde dosis aanpassingsvermogen mee en krijg je energie van nieuwe omgevingen. Je herkent jezelf in de volgende kwalificaties: - Een afgeronde HBO opleiding, bijvoorbeeld in de richting van Social Work, Psychologie, Fysiotherapie, Ergotherapie of Rechten. - Bij voorkeur aangevuld met een opleiding of stage op het gebied van WMO - Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, de durf om kritische vragen te stellen en eigenaarschap over jouw eigen professionele ontwikkeling. - Reisbereidheid om flexibel naar verschillende opdrachtgevers binnen jouw regio te reizen.
