Wij zoeken twee enthousiaste starters en bieden jou de kans om het vak van WMO consulent eigen te maken en jezelf verder te ontwikkelen als beginnend beroepsprofessional. Jij hebt het, en in Middelburg komt het tot bloei! Als junior Wmo consulent loop je in eerste instantie mee met een ervaren collega. Samen met het team leer je de kneepjes van het vak. Je voert gesprekken, helpt bij het stellen van indicaties, en werkt samen met zorgaanbieders en andere partners om passende zorg en ondersteuning te organiseren. Wanneer je eraan toe bent, ga je zelfstandig aan de slag. Je start met de eenvoudigere hulpvragen van inwoners. Naarmate je je verder ontwikkelt, pak je ook complexere hulpvragen op en groei je door tot een professional die verantwoordelijk is voor het volledige toegangsproces. Je werkt binnen de afdeling Toegang in Middelburg (TIM), waar ook jeugdconsulenten, casusregisseurs en ondersteunende medewerkers werkzaam zijn. Binnen de Wmo werken wij met twee specialisatieteams. Het ene team richt zich op huishoudelijke ondersteuning en rolstoel-, vervoers- en woonvoorzieningen. Het andere Wmo-team richt zich op begeleiding, dagbesteding en beschermd wonen. Wij zoeken twee junior Wmo-consulenten die zich willen ontwikkelen in een veelzijdige en maatschappelijk relevante functie.
