Heb je inmiddels je eerste paar jaar ervaring opgedaan en wil je meer dan alleen meldingen oplossen? In Deventer krijg je de ruimte om een WMS van binnen en buiten te leren kennen. Je ziet direct wat jouw werk betekent op de magazijnvloer en groeit steeds verder in je verantwoordelijkheid. Wat ga je doen? Orders komen binnen, pallets worden ontvangen, scanners verdelen taken en de voorraad moet op ieder moment kloppen. Het Warehouse Management Systeem stuurt dit proces. Jij leert hoe alle onderdelen samenkomen en zorgt er samen met je collega's voor dat het systeem de logistiek goed ondersteunt. De basisprocessen staan, maar we willen verder. Daardoor krijg jij volop gelegenheid om mee te kijken, vragen te stellen en zelf verbeteringen op te pakken. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan uit: • Dagelijks functioneel WMS-beheer uitvoeren; • Incidenten onderzoeken en oplossen; • Updates en configuraties testen; • Voorraad- en orderprocessen verbeteren; • Datastromen en stamdata controleren; • Key-users ondersteunen bij systeemvragen. Je werkt veel samen met de Manager Supply Chain & Control en schakelt daarnaast met Business & IT Management, Customer Service, logistieke collega's, leveranciers en klanten. Zo leer je niet alleen het systeem kennen, maar vooral het proces dat erachter zit.
