Wat ga je doen? Als juridisch medewerker bij de Belastingdienst in Den Haag ga je aan de slag op de afdeling Box 3. Binnen de directie Particulieren is de unit box 3 opgericht voor het behandelen van alle zaken die te maken hebben met box 3 in het kader van aanvullend rechtsherstel. Dit is een belangrijke, inhoudelijke én maatschappelijke taak. Het juist vaststellen van de belasting over het werkelijk rendement in het proces aanvullend herstel box 3 is de verantwoordelijkheid van de medewerker toezicht en bezwaar. Wat ga je doen? Hiervoor behandel je verzoeken en bezwaren box 3 op een juiste wijze. Ook onderzoek en beoordeel je zaken, formuleer je antwoorden op lastige vragen en beslis je op basis van inhoudelijke argumenten. De complexe zaken waaraan je werkt vragen soms om meer maatwerk. Afhankelijk van jouw ervaring en kennis behandel je steeds complexere zaken. Je werkt samen met collega's binnen het team toezicht en bezwaar, én met collega's van de balie en klantinteractie. Direct contact met burgers De medewerker toezicht en bezwaar box 3 staat rechtstreeks in contact met mensen die belasting afdragen. De manier van communiceren, sociale vaardigheden en de manier waarop je omgaat met weerstand is op zo'n moment van groot belang. Om de burger zo optimaal mogelijk te bedienen, kan er gevraagd worden om af en toe ondersteuning te bieden aan de publieksbalie, fysiek of via videobellen. Hierbij help je burgers die bijvoorbeeld vragen hebben over het formulier opgave werkelijk rendement. Opleiding en begeleiding De vakinhoudelijke kennis kan best complex zijn.
