Als administratief medewerker bij Duo+ draag je bij aan een juiste behandeling van vergunningen en handhavingsverzoeken. Wat ga je doen? Duo+ werkt voor de gemeenten Ouder-Amstel, Uithoorn en Diemen. Samen zorgen zij ervoor dat inwoners en ondernemers goed geholpen worden. Als administratief medewerker ondersteun je de administratieve processen rond vergunningen en handhaving. Jouw werkzaamheden: - Nieuwe aanvragen en handhavingsverzoeken inboeken in Rx.Mission en controleren op volledigheid. - Starten en bewaken van wettelijke beslistermijnen. - Zelfstandig opstellen van procedurele brieven, zoals ontvangstbevestigingen, verlengingsbesluiten en formele kennisgevingen. - Verzorgen van wettelijk verplichte publicaties van aanvragen en besluiten in gemeentebladen. - Beantwoorden van praktische vragen over lopende procedures. Je werkt 36 uur per week, van 1 september tot en met 31 december 2026. Wie ben jij? Je werkt nauwkeurig en houdt ook onder tijdsdruk goed overzicht. Je communiceert duidelijk, werkt zelfstandig en schakelt gemakkelijk tussen verschillende werkzaamheden. Wat neem je mee? - Minimaal een afgeronde hbo-opleiding, bij voorkeur in een juridische, administratieve of bedrijfskundige richting. - Ervaring met administratieve processen. Ervaring binnen Vergunningen, Toezicht en Handhaving (VTH) of een gemeente is een pré. - Handigheid met digitale systemen. Ervaring met Rx.Mission of een vergelijkbaar zaaksysteem is mooi meegenomen. - Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift. Twijfel je?
