Onze klant is een gevestigde en vooruitstrevende notariskantooromgeving in Brussel, waar professionaliteit en persoonlijke aanpak hand in hand gaan. Binnen dit kantoor wordt sterk ingezet op samenwerking, kennisdeling en een warme werksfeer waarin elke medewerker zich kan ontwikkelen.

Jobomschrijving

  • Beheer van notariële dossiers van A tot Z (vastgoed, familierecht, vennootschappen…)
  • Opstellen en voorbereiden van akten en juridische documenten
  • Rechtstreeks contact met cliënten, banken en andere externe partijen
  • Opvolgen van administratieve en juridische formaliteiten
  • Ondersteunen van de notarissen en juristen in complexe dossiers
  • Zorgen voor een correcte en tijdige afhandeling van dossiers
  • Je hebt een opleiding in rechtspraktijk, notariaat of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Ervaring binnen een notariskantoor is een sterke troef
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en proactief
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en klantgericht
  • Je kan zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband werken
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands, kennis van het Frans is een plus
