Als Juridisch Adviseur Vastgoed (huur en verhuur) ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor alle juridische vraagstukken rondom huurrecht, contractenrecht, goederenrecht en onderwijshuisvesting. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het opstellen, beoordelen en beheren van huurovereenkomsten voor woningen en bedrijfspanden; - Het adviseren over juridische risico's binnen vastgoedprojecten; - Het toepassen van wet- en regelgeving en het vertalen naar praktische oplossingen; - Het proactief meedenken in lopende en nieuwe projecten, zodat juridische belangen tijdig worden meegenomen. Een typische werkdag? Je beoordeelt bijvoorbeeld een huurcontract voor een sportcomplex, bespreekt een juridisch vraagstuk met een projectleider en denkt mee over verbeteringen in het huurbeleid.
