Je ondersteunt zowel overheid als initiatiefnemers door helder en praktisch juridisch advies te geven. Dit vraagt om een diepgaand begrip van relevante wet- en regelgeving, evenals de toepassing van beleid. De veelzijdigheid van projecten en de interactie met verschillende belanghebbenden maken deze rol dynamisch en uitdagend. Dit geldt des te meer in een tijdperk waarin gebiedsontwikkeling steeds belangrijker wordt, zowel in stedelijke als in rurale gebieden. In je rol zal je ook betrokken zijn bij het opstellen van intentie- en anterieure overeenkomsten, en zul je onderhandelingen voeren met verschillende partijen. Dit vraagt niet alleen juridische kennis, maar ook sterke onderhandelingsvaardigheden. Om je werk effectief te kunnen uitvoeren, is het noodzakelijk om voldoende ervaring op te doen in dit soort constructies. Interim werk en zzp opdrachten worden steeds gebruikelijker, en je zult merken dat er veel mogelijkheden zijn om jezelf te laten zien in de wereld van de overheidsopdrachten. Wat betreft salarissen, het basissalaris voor een juridisch adviseur in deze sector ligt doorgaans tussen de €4.000,- en €6.500,- per maand. Dit kan echter variëren afhankelijk van ervaring, omstandigheden en de specifieke opdrachtgever. Bij interim werk of zzp opdrachten kan het uurtarief liggen tussen de €80,- en €120,-.
