- Vacature: Juridisch Adviseur (24 uur, Zeist) 1 september 2026 om 15:00 De NVZD, de beroepsvereniging voor bestuurders in de zorg, zoekt een proactieve en ondernemende jurist die graag bezig is met arbeidsrechtelijke vraagstukken, contracten en juridische informatievoorziening. Ben jij analytisch en communicatief sterk? En ben je goed ingevoerd in arbeidsrecht en governance? Kom dan het juridische fundament van onze vereniging versterken! Je krijgt een veelzijdige rol waarin je zowel strategisch adviseert als praktisch meedenkt. Over NVZD De NVZD is de beroepsvereniging voor zorgbestuurders, met ruim 750 leden uit alle zorgsectoren, zoals ziekenhuizen, VVT, GHZ, GGZ en eerstelijnszorg. We ondersteunen de professionele ontwikkeling van onze leden en behartigen hun belangen bij onder andere de politiek, (externe) toezichthouders en brancheorganisaties. Samen werken we in commissies en met leden aan goede governance, toekomstbestendig leiderschap en vitale zorgbestuurders. Ook ondersteunen we bestuurders met praktische dienstverlening zoals een juridische helpdesk, coaching, intervisie, modelstatuten en -reglementen, handreikingen en vakgerichte bijeenkomsten. Komend jaar werken we met ons nieuw e strategisch plan 2026 - 2030, vindt de doorontwikkeling plaats van het accreditatiesysteem en trekken we in samenwerking met een opleidingsinstituut promovendi aan die onderzoek doen naar zorgbestuur en besturing. In nieuwe samenwerkingen, koers en vraagstukken speel jij als jurist een cruciale rol. Wat ga je doen? In deze functie krijg je een brede en impactvolle rol. Je bent niet alleen dé specialist voor arbeidsrechtelijke vragen van zorgbestuurders, maar ook een strategische sparringpartner binnen onze vereniging.
