Je bent op de hoogte van de laatste ontwikkelingen rondom dit onderwerp en hebt ervaring met het opstellen van verzoeken en bezwaarschriften. Namens InterWork zoeken wij in de regio Den Haag, Rotterdam en Leiden een Juridisch Adviseur Woo. Jouw nieuw baan: - Zorgen dat de te verstrekken informatie in overeenstemming met de Woo goed is geanonimiseerd (gelakt) - Afstemmen met diverse teams over de voortgang van de verzoeken - Voorbereiden van bezwaar- en beroepsprocedures - Schrijven van verweer in bezwaar- en beroepsprocedures - Voeren van bezwaar- en beroepsprocedures Wij vragen: - Minimaal een afgeronde HBO-opleiding Rechten - Je hebt werkervaring als juridisch adviseur, bij voorkeur op het gebied van de Woo - Je beschikt over goede advies- en schrijfvaardigheden - Je bent een teamspeler en weet op een effectieve manier samen te werken met collega's en andere betrokken partijen Dit ben jij: - Je bent communicatief vaardig, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk - Je kunt zelfstandig werken en staat stevig in je schoenen - Je bent flexibel en kunt goed omgaan met veranderingen en drukte - Je hebt een proactieve en oplossingsgerichte houding Ons aanbod: - Een uitdagende functie in een dynamische en professionele omgeving - Veel ruimte voor persoonlijke en professionele ontwikkeling - Een baan die op basis van detachering of als ZZP'er kan worden uitgevoerd - Het salaris ligt tussen de €3750 en €6700 euro op basis van 36 uur.
