Voor een organisatie gericht op gebiedsontwikkeling in Noord-Holland zoekt Grippr Procurement een Juridisch Adviseur Aanbestedingen & Omgevingsrecht. De inzet is 16 tot 20 uur per week.

Je speelt een belangrijke rol bij de juridische begeleiding van een veelzijdig gebiedsontwikkelingsproject waarin wonen, werken en duurzaamheid samenkomen. Je adviseert over vergunningen, ruimtelijke procedures en aanbestedingsvraagstukken en helpt om plannen juridisch zorgvuldig én praktisch uitvoerbaar te maken. Daarnaast begeleid je aanbestedingstrajecten voor civieltechnische werkzaamheden, ondersteun je bij contractbeheer en stem je af met overheden, projectleiders en externe adviseurs. Ook denk je mee over juridische vraagstukken rondom natuur- en milieuregelgeving en vertegenwoordig je de organisatie waar nodig bij bezwaar- en beroepsprocedures.

Functie-eisen: Profiel:

• Je hebt een afgeronde wo-opleiding in een juridische richting, bij voorkeur met aandacht voor omgevingsrecht of ruimtelijke ordening. • Je hebt ruime ervaring met juridische advisering binnen gebiedsontwikkeling, ruimtelijke projecten of infrastructurele ontwikkelingen. • Je hebt ervaring met vergunningstrajecten, publiekrechtelijke procedures en het begeleiden van juridische besluitvorming. • Je hebt kennis van het aanbestedingsrecht en ervaring met het voorbereiden of begeleiden van aanbestedingen voor werken en diensten. • Je hebt ervaring met ruimtelijke onderbouwingen en vraagstukken rondom omgevingsvergunningen. • Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring met publiek-private samenwerking en projecten waarbij verschillende overheden en marktpartijen betrokken zijn.
