In het kort: Je gaat complexe bezwaar- en beroepszaken in het omgevingsrecht behandelen, colleges vertegenwoordigen, intern en extern juridisch adviseren, collega's ondersteunen en bijdragen aan de kwaliteit van juridische producten rond de leefomgeving. De organisatie Bij ODR zet jij je samen met ruim 200 andere collega’s in voor een prettige, veilige en duurzame leefomgeving in regio Rivierenland. Dit doen we voor en samen met 8 gemeenten in de regio en de provincie. Dat doen we door vergunningverlening, toezicht en handhaving bij ondernemers, organisaties en inwoners. Maar we doen meer. We hebben veel kennis in huis en delen deze graag. Zo adviseren we de gemeenten en andere partijen o.a. over de leefomgeving, bouw, milieu, energie, archeologie, bodem, lucht en natuur. Ook houden we voor heel Gelderland toezicht op de afval- en grondstoffen ketens om milieucriminaliteit te voorkomen. We zijn een open en naar buitengerichte organisatie en zijn graag van meerwaarde. Ons mooie en sfeervol ingerichte kantoor staat in Tiel, waar jij kunt parkeren voor de deur. Ook het treinstation is op loopafstand. Binnen het kantoor zijn er ruimten om te werken en te ontmoeten. Er is een goede, informele werksfeer en volop ruimte voor ontwikkeling en groei. Opdracht Binnen het team Juridische zaken zoeken wij op dit moment 2 professionals voor de functie van Juridisch adviseurbezwaar en beroep. Jouw werkzaamheden zijn onder andere: - Het behandelen van complexe bezwaar- en beroepszaken (van het opstellen van een procesdossier, verweerschrift tot en met vertegenwoordiging van de colleges van B&W bij zittingen); - Het geven van juridisch advies (intern en extern) op het gebied van het omgevingsrecht. Bijvoorbeeld adviesvragen van de andere teams binnen de ODR (bijvoorbeeld vergunningverlening of handhaving) of adviesvragen van onze opdrachtgevers; - Je bent een vraagbaak voor collega’s m.b.t. omgevingsrecht vraagstukken; - In algemene zin draag je bij aan de kwaliteit van de produc.
