Over de functie Als juridisch adviseur bezwaar en beroep bij Gemeente Hof van Twente adviseer je collega's over uiteenlopende juridische vraagstukken, ondersteun je bij beleidsvorming en besluitvorming en behandel je complexe bezwaar- en beroepszaken. Je vertaalt juridische vraagstukken naar heldere adviezen, werkt samen met juridisch adviseurs en de commissie bezwaarschriften en draagt bij aan juridische kwaliteitsbewaking binnen de organisatie. Wat je gaat doen - Behandelen van complexe bezwaar- en beroepszaken, inclusief opstellen van procesdossiers en verweerschriften en vertegenwoordiging bij zittingen. - Geven van juridisch advies op het gebied van bestuursrecht (waaronder omgevingsrecht) en incidenteel privaatrecht. - Opstellen van bestuurlijke adviezen, memo's en besluitvormingsstukken met afweging van juridische risico's en handelingsopties. - Vraagbaak zijn voor collega's bij bestuursrechtelijke vraagstukken. - Bijdragen aan zorgvuldige besluitvorming en juridische kwaliteitsbewaking. Functie-eisen - Aantoonbare afgeronde opleiding op minimaal hbo-bachelor niveau in een juridische richting. - Minimaal 3 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring als juridisch adviseur bezwaar en beroep in de afgelopen 7 jaar bij een gemeente. - Aantoonbare werkervaring met juridische advisering binnen het bestuursrecht, waaronder het omgevingsrecht. - Aantoonbare werkervaring met juridisch, bestuurlijk of maatschappelijk complexe bezwaar- en beroepsdossiers. - Aantoonbare afgeronde opleiding op minimaal wo-bachelor niveau. - Aantoonbare werkervaring in de afgelopen 10 jaar als jurist bezwaar en beroep bij een gemeente en/of overheidsinstelli...
