BlueTrail Juridisch Adviseur Bezwaarschriften WOO 24 u p/w Zuid-Holland 16 - 24u p/w 12 maanden Universitair Functieomschrijving Jouw functie Vanwege tijdelijke krapte zijn de twee bezwaarteams van de afdeling Juridische Diensten van de gemeente Rotterdam op zoek naar tijdelijke versterking in de afhandeling van bezwaarzaken. Als juridisch adviseur behandel je bezwaarschriften tegen besluiten op grond van de Wet open overheid (Woo) en incidenteel tegen besluiten op grond van de Algemene verordening gegevensbescherming (AVG). De werkzaamheden bestaan onder meer uit: - Zelfstandig behandelen van bezwaarprocedures conform de Algemene wet bestuursrecht; - Inhoudelijke beoordeling van bezwaren en dossiers; - Voorbereiden en voeren van hoorzittingen, telefonisch of op kantoor; - Opstellen van juridisch correct en zorgvuldig gemotiveerde besluiten op bezwaar; De opdracht richt zich met name op bezwaarzaken tegen: - Woo besluiten - AVG besluiten (incidenteel) Wat wordt er van jou gevraagd? Eisen bij de opdracht: - Je hebt minimaal een afgeronde WO Master opleiding Rechten; - Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring met de bezwaarbehandeling binnen het bestuursrecht, opgedaan in de afgelopen 5 jaar; - Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring met bezwaarzaken binnen de Woo, opgedaan in de afgelopen 5 jaar. - Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring, waarin je zelfstandig besluiten op bezwaar hebt moeten opstellen, opgedaan in de afgelopen 5 jaar. Wensen bij de opdracht: - Je hebt een afgeronde WO Master opleiding Publiekrecht; - Je hebt werkervaring met de wet AVG; - Je hebt werkervaring opgedaan bij een gemeente met minimaal 160.000 inwoners; - Je hebt werkervaring met Octopus. Competenties: We zoeken een ervaren bezwaarbehandelaar bestuursrecht die zelfstandig bezwaarprocedures behandelt binnen het publieke domein. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de volledige behandeling van Woo bezwaarzaken en fungeert als juridisch aanspreekpunt...
