Juridisch Adviseur Ommen Over de functie ft 33075 Je werkt als juridisch adviseur aan een opdracht met veel afwisseling en verantwoordelijkheid binnen de gemeentelijke praktijk. Je begeleidt Woo-verzoeken van begin tot eind en schakelt daarbij soepel met collega's en externe partijen. In deze rol combineer je juridische analyse met zorgvuldige uitvoering en heldere onderbouwing. Je draagt bij aan besluitvorming die juridisch klopt én praktisch toepasbaar is. Wat ga je doen - Je behandelt en beoordeelt Woo-verzoeken juridisch. - Je inventariseert, beoordeelt en anonimiseert documenten. - Je past uitzonderingsgronden en beperkingen van de Woo toe. - Je stelt Woo-besluiten en bijbehorende juridische onderbouwingen op. - Je behandelt zienswijzen, bezwaar- en beroepsprocedures rondom Woo-besluiten. - Je signaleert ontwikkelingen in wet- en regelgeving en jurisprudentie en vertaalt deze naar de gemeentelijke praktijk. - Je hebt veel contact met collega's binnen de organisatie en schakelt waar nodig met externe partijen. Eisen - Je hebt een aantoonbaar afgeronde opleiding op minimaal HBO bachelor niveau. - Je hebt minimaal 2 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring in de afgelopen 8 jaar als Juridisch Adviseur bij een gemeente. - Je hebt minimaal 1 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring met Woo. Wensen - Je hebt een aantoonbaar afgeronde opleiding in de richting van rechten op minimaal HBO bachelor niveau. - Je hebt minimaal 2 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring met Woo-verzoeken bij een gemeente. - Je hebt aantoonbare werkervaring met zaaksystemen. - Je hebt minimaal 4 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring als Juridisch Adviseur bij een gemeente. Competenties - Je werkt nauwkeurig. - Je beschikt over sterke schriftelijke en mondelinge communicatievaardigheden. - Je beschikt over analytische vaardigheden. - Je bent politiek-bestuurlijk sensitief. - Je bent onafhankelijk in je oordeelsvorming.
