Als Juridisch Adviseur Grondzaken ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het adviseren van onze klanten over de juridische aspecten van grondverwerving, onteigeningen en andere grondzaken. Je speelt een belangrijke rol in het vertalen van de wet- en regelgeving naar concrete juridische oplossingen en ondersteunt bij de uitvoering van procedures en beleid. Je werkt samen met overheden, bedrijven en andere betrokken partijen, en biedt juridische begeleiding bij het verwerven van grond voor projecten. Je taken en verantwoordelijkheden: - Je behandelt juridische vraagstukken op het gebied van grondverwerving, onteigening, bestemmingsplanwijzigingen en het uitgeven van grond; - Het opstellen van de verkoop gerelateerde (beleid)stukken; - Je stelt juridische adviezen op, van vooraankondigingen tot en met de besluitvorming (zoals onteigeningsbeschikkingen en privaatrechtelijke overeenkomsten); - Het vestigen van zakelijke rechten, verhuren en in gebruik geven van gronden en pachtovereenkomsten; - Het fungeren als gesprekspartner en het opstellen van intentie-, samenwerkings- en/of anterieure overeenkomsten.
