Juridisch adviseur grondzaken Salaris: €4.520- €6.422 Uren: 24 - 36 Sluitingsdatum: Je hebt passie voor gebiedsontwikkeling en sterke adviesvaardigheden in complexe juridische kwesties. Je vertaalt belangen naar stevige afspraken en heldere adviezen voor college en raad. Hoe doe jij ertoe? Je maakt onderdeel uit van de vakgroep grondzaken en werkt samen in een team van 4 collega's. Jij en je collega's zijn specialist en adviseur bij juridische vraagstukken op het gebied van gebiedsontwikkeling, (kostenverhaal)projecten, gronduitgifte, grondverwerving en de strategische inzet van grondbeleidsinstrumenten. - Je stelt zelfstandig diverse soorten contracten op - zoals intentieovereenkomsten, anterieure overeenkomsten en samenwerkingsovereenkomsten - vaak voor meerdere projecten tegelijk. Daarbij maak je ook afspraken over zaken als grondverwerving, gronduitgifte en gebiedsontwikkeling. - Je onderhandelt met ontwikkelaars, corporaties en externe initiatiefnemers om tot duurzame en juridisch solide afspraken te komen die gebiedsontwikkeling echt verder brengen. - Je adviseert over zakelijke rechten, zoals recht van opstal of erfpacht, en de vestiging hiervan. Waar nodig adviseer je over beleidsontwikkeling, aanbesteding en staatssteun. - Je adviseert collega's, projectleiders, het college en de raad. Indien nodig stuur je externe advocaten aan bij gerechtelijke procedures en geschillen. - Je luistert actief, vraagt goed door en vertaalt wensen en belangen moeiteloos naar heldere afspraken. - Je gaat werken in een plezierige sfeer en ambitieuze organisatie. In het team is een betrokken en open cultuur met volop ruimte voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling. - Je denkt mee over innovatieve oplossingen en verbeterprocessen. Vanuit de Omgevingsvisie 2050 werk je mee aan de ontwikkeling van gemeente Leidschendam-Voorburg en aan het kostenverhaal bij ruimtelijke ontwikkelingen. Hoe ziet je dag eruit?
