Wat ga je doen? Als Juridisch adviseur handhaving houd je je bezig met zowel beleid als de juridische uitvoering op het gebied van vergunningverlening, toezicht en handhaving. Je ontwikkelt en actualiseert beleid, ondersteunt werkprocessen en behandelt bestuursrechtelijke handhavingstrajecten. Je gaat onder andere: - (Uitvoerings)beleid op het gebied van vergunningverlening, toezicht en handhaving ontwikkelen, implementeren en evalueren; - werkprocessen binnen vergunningverlening, toezicht en handhaving beleidsmatig ondersteunen; - bestuursrechtelijke handhavingstrajecten behandelen; - de Algemene Plaatselijke Verordening (APV) actueel houden. Eisen voor de opdracht Juridisch adviseur handhaving - De kandidaat beschikt over een eigen telefoon en laptop voor het uitvoeren van de werkzaamheden. - Kandidaat voldoet aan de in de functiebeschrijving genoemde wensen en eisen.
