Voor de Gemeente Goirle is FlexIntens op zoek naar een Juridisch adviseur handhaving voor 24 uur per week.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Juridisch adviseur handhaving houd je je bezig met zowel beleid als de juridische uitvoering op het gebied van vergunningverlening, toezicht en handhaving. Je ontwikkelt en actualiseert beleid, ondersteunt werkprocessen en behandelt bestuursrechtelijke handhavingstrajecten. Je gaat onder andere:

• (Uitvoerings)beleid op het gebied van vergunningverlening, toezicht en handhaving ontwikkelen, implementeren en evalueren; • werkprocessen binnen vergunningverlening, toezicht en handhaving beleidsmatig ondersteunen; • bestuursrechtelijke handhavingstrajecten behandelen; • de Algemene Plaatselijke Verordening (APV) actueel houden.

Wat breng je mee?

We zoeken iemand die zorgvuldig werkt, helder communiceert en goed kan samenwerken. Daarnaast:

• heb je een wo-opleiding Rechten afgerond; • heb je minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als handhavingsjurist bij een gemeente; • ben je communicatief vaardig, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk;
