In voorkomende gevallen is betrokkenheid gewenst bij vergunningsprocedures. Functie-eisen: Is de aangeboden kandidaat een zelfstandige welke geen afdracht loonheffing doet (loonbelasting, premies volksverzekering), hetzij doordat hij/zij zich direct aanbiedt als zelfstandige, hetzij omdat hij/zij zich aanbiedt via een advies- of detacheringsbureau of anderszins zonder dat daarbij sprake is van een arbeidsovereenkomst?
