Interim Juridisch Adviseur Klantzaken ROTTERDAM € 4.467 - € 6.251 # 67324 Omschrijving Door een recente overname is er behoefte ontstaan aan extra juridische ondersteuning op het gebied van klantgeschillen. In deze rol ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor complexe dossiers waarbij juridische, commerciële en operationele belangen samenkomen. Je analyseert vraagstukken, geeft juridisch advies en vertegenwoordigt de opdrachtgever wanneer geschillen verder escaleren. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met interne teams en externe partijen om tot passende en duurzame oplossingen te komen. Wat ga je doen? - Juridische beoordeling uitvoeren van complexe klantdossiers. - Advies geven over mogelijke juridische vervolgstappen. - Klachten en geschillen behandelen van klanten en externe partijen. - Correspondentie voeren met advocaten, rechtsbijstandsverzekeraars en de Geschillencommissie. - Interne afdelingen juridisch adviseren en ondersteunen. - Verbeterkansen signaleren binnen bestaande processen. - Samenwerken met incassopartners en andere externe stakeholders. - Vertegenwoordigen van de opdrachtgever tijdens zittingen en juridische procedures. - Juridische risico's inzichtelijk maken voor betrokken teams. - Bijdragen aan een correcte en klantgerichte afhandeling van geschillen. Wat wij jou bieden Naast een inhoudelijk uitdagende opdracht kun je rekenen op aantrekkelijke arbeidsvoorwaarden: - Bruto jaarsalaris tussen € 53.607 en € 75.014 inclusief vakantiegeld en flexbudget. - Opdracht tot en met 31 maart 2027. - Hybride werken vanuit Rotterdam en Vught. - Werkweek van 32 tot 40 uur. - Veel zelfstandigheid en verantwoordelijkheid. - Uitdagende juridische dossiers met maatschappelijke impact. - Directe samenwerking met ervaren juridische professionals. - De mogelijkheid om processen structureel te verbeteren. - Werken binnen een organisatie die volop in ontwikkeling is.
