Interim Juridisch adviseur Omgevingsrecht WO Adviseur Korte omschrijving Ben jij een juridisch adviseur omgevingsrecht en heb je ervaring met waterschapsverordeningen en ben je per december voor in ieder geval 6 maanden beschikbaar? Dan zoeken wij jou! Onze directe opdrachtgever, een waterschap in Zuid-Holland, zoekt een juridisch adviseur voor 24-32 uur per week. Functie omschrijving De opdracht richt zich op het zelfstandig uitvoeren van juridische advieswerkzaamheden op het gebied van bestuursrecht en omgevingsrecht, met specifieke aandacht voor de Waterschapsverordening van het Waterschap. De opdrachtnemer is verantwoordelijk voor de juridische beoordeling en advisering over de Waterschapsverordening en aanverwante juridische vraagstukken. Hierbij wordt samengewerkt met technisch specialisten op het gebied van regelbeheer, onder andere ten aanzien van de juridische verwerking van de Waterschapsverordening en het WBP7 in het systeem RxBase. De opdracht omvat de volgende werkzaamheden: - Het juridisch toetsen van regelgeving, juridische documenten en beleidsstukken op kwaliteit, uitvoerbaarheid en handhaafbaarheid. - Het adviseren over bestuursrechtelijke en omgevingsrechtelijke vraagstukken, waaronder de toepassing en uitvoering van de Waterschapsverordening. - Het juridisch beoordelen en adviseren over de verwerking van regelgeving in RxBase, in afstemming met de betrokken technisch specialisten. - Het zelfstandig behandelen van juridische vraagstukken op het gebied van bezwaar en beroep. - Het verzorgen van juridische advisering bij Woo-verzoeken. - Het uitbrengen van juridische adviezen ten behoeve van vraagstukken en beleidstrajecten op het gebied van vergunningverlening, toezicht en handhaving.
