Wil jij bijdragen aan een veilige en leefbare stad? Bij Gemeente Breda werk je aan complexe vraagstukken rondom vergunningverlening en handhaving. Jij bent dé juridische expert die zorgt dat besluiten onder de Omgevingswet stevig staan. Zo maak jij het verschil voor inwoners, bedrijven en bezoekers van Breda. Jouw karakter maakt Breda Wat ga je doen? - Jij bent het juridisch aanspreekpunt voor collega's, bestuur, ketenpartners en inwoners. - Je vertegenwoordigt Gemeente Breda in bezwaar- en beroepsprocedures en hoger beroep. - Je neemt deel aan informeel overleg en bemiddeling als juridische vertegenwoordiger van het college. - Je werkt samen met vergunningverleners, omgevingsplanadviseurs en andere specialisten. - Je denkt mee over oplossingen en houdt rekening met uiteenlopende belangen en wet- en regelgeving. Wat neem je mee? - Een afgeronde juridische hbo-opleiding. - Ruime ervaring met procesvertegenwoordiging onder de Wabo en Omgevingswet. - Kennis van de Omgevingswet en het Digitaal Stelsel Omgevingswet (DSO). - Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. - Analytisch vermogen, integriteit en oplossingsgerichtheid. - Ervaring met mediation en conflictbeheersing. - Flexibiliteit en het vermogen om te werken in een politiek-bestuurlijke omgeving.
