Interim Juridisch Adviseur Ruimtelijke Ordening en Inkoop < 20 uur WO Adviseur 20 uur geleden Korte omschrijving Ben jij een Juridisch Adviseur Ruimtelijke ordening en Inkoop met ervaring in gebiedsontwikkeling en aanbestedingsrecht? Voor een ontwikkelingsorganisatie in de provincie Noord-Holland zoeken wij iemand die publiekrechtelijke procedures en inkopen begeleidt. De opdracht duurt 12 maanden en je werkt 16 tot 20 uur per week. Functie omschrijving Voor de uitvoering van een gezamenlijke en integrale gebiedsontwikkeling tot een samenhangend woon- en werkgebied is een ontwikkelingsorganisatie opgericht. In verband met de opgaven die zich op het juridisch planologisch vlak voordoen en vanuit de behoefte de noodzakelijke inkopen in overeenstemming met het aanbestedingsrecht te doen, is er behoefte aan een juridisch adviseur. Je hebt ruime ervaring in gebiedsontwikkeling en het begeleiden en coördineren van de noodzakelijke publiekrechtelijke procedures om de ontwikkelplannen te kunnen realiseren. Naast kennis en ervaring van het omgevingsrecht beschik je ook over kennis van het aanbestedingsrecht en ervaring met het toepassen daarvan. Je adviseert over te volgen vergunningsprocedures voor tijdelijke en overige ontwikkelingen, stelt diverse aanvragen voor vergunningen en ontheffingen op en dient deze in. Je stemt af met casemanagers van het bevoegd gezag, stelt onderbouwingen fysieke leefomgeving op voor buitenplanse omgevingsplanactiviteiten en adviseert over het tijdig uitvragen van onderzoeken. Je initieert afstemming met beleidsafdelingen, fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor juridische zaken zoals handhavingsverzoeken en stelt in overleg met collega's de werkwijze en aanbestedingsstrategie op om gefaseerd tot bouwrijpe gronden te komen. Je stelt alle documenten op voor aanbestedingsprocedures volgens het inkoopbeleid, maakt planningen van juridische procedures inzichtelijk en verzorgt het contractbeheer van opdrachtnemers...
