Eiffel zoekt een Juridisch Adviseur Sociaal Domein die complexe vraagstukken aanpakt met scherpe juridische kennis en praktisch inzicht. Wat ga je doen? Je adviseert instellingen, gemeenten en organisaties in het maatschappelijk middenveld over juridische kwesties binnen het sociaal domein. Van contracten en regelgeving tot beleidsadvisering: je biedt juridische steun waar het nodig is. - Juridische vragen rond zorg, sociale diensten en maatschappelijk werk beantwoorden - Medewerkers van klanten trainen en bijstaan in juridische materie - Contracten en beleidsvoorstellen juridisch toetsen en aanscherpen - Developments volgen in regelgeving en jurisprudentie - Dossiers analyseren en adviezen schriftelijk uitwerken Wat breng je mee? - Afgeronde juridische opleiding (universitair niveau) - Aantoonbare ervaring in het sociaal domein, zorg of overheid - Sterke juridische analysevaardigheid en schriftelijke uitdrukkingsvermogen - Vermogen om complexe materie helder uit te leggen aan niet-juristen - Zelfstandigheid en gedrevenheid om organisaties verder te helpen Wat bieden wij?
