Voor de gemeente Valkenswaard zijn we op zoek naar een Juridisch adviseur Vastgoed en Grondzaken (32 uur). Jouw rol als Juridisch adviseur Vastgoed en Grondzaken Als juridisch adviseur Vastgoed en Grondzaken ben je verantwoordelijk voor het zelfstandig adviseren over complexe privaatrechtelijke vraagstukken op het gebied van vastgoed en grondzaken. Je bent een stevige juridische sparringpartner voor collega's, management, bestuurders en externe partijen en vertaalt juridische vraagstukken naar heldere adviezen, concrete oplossingen en beheersbare risico's. Je adviseert onder meer over contractvorming en -beheer, de naleving en handhaving van contractuele afspraken en de afhandeling van geschillen, aansprakelijkheden en claims. Je stelt overeenkomsten op, beoordeelt en onderhandelt hierover en bewaakt daarbij de juridische, financiële en bestuurlijke belangen van de gemeente. Dit betreft onder andere koop-, huur-, gebruiks-, opstal- en nadeelcompensatieovereenkomsten. Daarnaast voer je regie op de juridische begeleiding van aan- en verkooptrajecten en op de vestiging en doorhaling van zakelijke rechten. Je begeleidt deze trajecten van voorbereiding en onderhandeling tot en met de notariële afhandeling en zorgt voor een zorgvuldige juridische vastlegging. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's binn...
