Omschrijving opdracht Juridisch adviseur Vastgoed en Grondzaken Takenpakket De taken behelzen onder meer: - Je bent nauw betrokken bij gebiedsontwikkeling en je neemt deel aan projecten. - Je stelt juridische adviezen en notities op en draagt bij aan het opstellen van beleid. - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor juridische aangelegenheden op het gebied van grondzaken en vastgoed (gebouwen en gronden). - Je stelt verschillende overeenkomsten op, zoals intentie- en anterieure overeenkomsten, koop- en huurovereenkomsten en interpreteert deze. - Je vestigt zakelijke rechten zoals erfpacht en opstal. Reden inhuur Piekbelasting/Projecten Arbeidsrelatie Op basis van de aard van de werkzaamheden, de benodigde aansturing, de organisatorische inbedding en de uitkomst van de beoordeling arbeidsrelatie is vastgesteld dat deze opdracht uitsluitend kan worden uitgevoerd binnen een loondienstverband. Interview Het interview zal plaatsvinden op het gemeentehuis van Castricum, op een nader te bepalen datum. Organisatiebeschrijving Over de BUCH Werkorganisatie BUCH is in 2017 ontstaan, na een fusie van de ambtelijke organisaties van de gemeenten Bergen, Uitgeest, Castricum en Heiloo. Het is daarmee een jonge organisatie, met sterke wortels binnen de vier gemeenten. Met ruim 850 medewerkers faciliteren we vier besturen bij het realiseren van hun ambities. We bieden als één organisatie het hoofd aan maatschappelijke opgaven zoals wonen, klimaat, zorg en gezonde financiën. We focussen op de overeenkomsten met oog voor de lokale verschillen.
