Opdracht Gemeente Voorst zoekt een ervaren juridisch beleidsadviseur omgevingsrecht die als juridische sparringpartner optreedt binnen de organisatie. De adviseur toetst beleidsvoorstellen en besluiten op juridische haalbaarheid, adviseert management, bestuur en collega's over vraagstukken binnen het bestuurs- en omgevingsrecht en begeleidt procedures op het gebied van vergunningverlening, handhaving, bezwaar en beroep. Daarnaast vertegenwoordigt de adviseur de gemeente in juridische procedures en vertaalt ontwikkelingen in wet- en regelgeving naar de dagelijkse praktijk. De opdracht vraagt om een zelfstandige professional die bestuurlijke sensitiviteit combineert met een pragmatische en oplossingsgerichte aanpak.
