Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Binnen Team Openbare Orde werk je aan juridische vraagstukken die direct raken aan de veiligheid en leefbaarheid van de stad. Als juridisch beleidsadviseur adviseer je de burgemeester over bestuursrechtelijke interventies. Je combineert daartoe zorgvuldige juridische analyse met gevoel voor bestuurlijke verhoudingen. Je bent een betrouwbare sparringpartner voor collega's en het management en fungeert als inhoudelijke vraagbaak. Met jouw kennis en samenwerking draag je met het team bij aan goed uitvoerbaar en juridisch houdbaar beleid voor diverse onderwerpen binnen het domein van de openbare orde. Wat ga je doen? Als juridisch beleidsadviseur Openbare Orde werk je binnen Team Openbare Orde samen met de coördinatoren, de (senior) juristen en de medewerkers van de vergunningenadministratie. Het accent van jouw werkzaamheden ligt op de Opiumwet en advisering over de inzet van bestuurlijke maatregelen bij de aanpak van ondermijning. Je wordt daarnaast ingezet op diverse andere veiligheidsthema's zoals het explosiedossier en de aanpak van straatdealers. Je werkt nauw samen met collega-juristen, vergunningmedewerkers en ketenpartners. Daarbij stem je inhoudelijk af met senior-juristen en het management, zodat het beleid consistent, juridisch houdbaar en uitvoerbaar blijft. Zo draag je bij aan een veilige en bruisende stad. Je voert de bevoegdheden van de burgemeester uit op het gebied van openbare orde en veiligheid. Je beoordeelt rapportages van toezichthouders en stelt waarschuwingen en handhavingsbesluiten op. Je zorgt ook voor de afhandeling van bezwaren en beroepen. Dit kunnen procedures zijn voor de handhaving van de Opiumwet, maar ook voor de best...
