Juridisch beleidsadviseur Toezicht Kinderopvang Organisatie: GGD GHOR Nederland Reageer voor 4 oktober 2026 De GGD'en houden volgens de Wet kinderopvang (Wko) toezicht op kinderopvangvoorzieningen (kindercentra, buitenschoolse opvang, peuterspeelzalen, gastouderbureaus en gastouders). GGD GHOR Nederland heeft als opdracht de kwaliteit, effectiviteit en uniformiteit van het toezicht op de kinderopvang te bevorderen en verbeteren. Een belangrijke taak is het ondersteunen van de 25 GGD'en. Hier werken ongeveer 460 toezichthouders. Daarnaast behartigt GGD GHOR Nederland de belangen van de GGD'en op het gebied van het toezicht en vertegenwoordigt de GGD'en in landelijke overleggen met overheid en sectorpartijen. Wat ga je doen: - Je voert zowel zelfstandig als in nauw overleg met collega's diverse werkzaamheden uit om de kwaliteit van het toezicht te bevorderen. - Je adviseert vanuit je juridische kennis het ministerie bij wetgevings- en beleidstrajecten, en de toezichthouders bij het uitvoeren van het toezicht. - Je levert een bijdrage aan het vernieuwen en up-to-date houden van inspectie-instrumenten en handleidingen, en aan de ondersteuning van toezichthouders via het ondersteuningsportaal. - Je levert een bijdrage aan trainingen voor toezichthouders. - Je coördineert zelfstandig trajecten gericht op de doorontwikkeling van toezichtbeleid mede in relatie tot handhaving, en adviseert collega's hierin. - Je fungeert als spil in processen. En het is voor jou vanzelfsprekend deze nauwgezet tot een goed eindresultaat te brengen.
