Bij team Kwaliteit van een samenwerkingsverband van gemeenten werk je aan de persoonsgerichte coaching en juridische ontwikkeling van consulenten. De opdracht loopt van 8 oktober 2026 tot en met 31 maart 2027, met kans op verlenging. De opdracht is voor 16 of 18 uur per week. Functie omschrijving In verband met een tijdelijk capaciteitstekort binnen team Kwaliteit van een samenwerkingsverband van gemeenten is een deskundige nodig voor de persoonsgerichte coaching en juridische ontwikkeling van consulenten Minima regelingen / Bijzondere Bijstand. Je bepaalt op basis van eigen inzicht en expertise zelfstandig de aanpak, methodiek en invulling van de taken. De begeleiding is puur vakinhoudelijk; er is geen sprake van hiërarchische aansturing, beoordelings- of functioneringsgesprekken. De opdrachtgever stuurt uitsluitend op resultaat en niet op de wijze van uitvoering. Je vult de taken in met gesprekken, coaching, toetsen, het formuleren van de ondersteuningsvraag, juridische verdieping van dossiers en steekproeven. Om groei meetbaar en overdraagbaar te maken, richt je zelfstandig een registratie in waarin per consulent en dossier de behaalde diepgang en toetsing worden vastgelegd. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de voortgang en kwaliteit, met de Participatiewet, Awb en verordeningen/beleid van de gemeenten als leidend kader. De werkzaamheden worden flexibel ingepland zonder vast rooster. Wel ben je op donderdag aanwezig voor het wekelijkse kwaliteitsoverleg, persoonlijk contact en gezamenlijke casuïstiekbespreking. Dit vloeit voort uit de aard van de opdracht en de teamdynamiek, niet uit een werktijdverplichting.
