Maar liefst 15.000 nieuwe titels.... .…… worden jaarlijks door NBD Biblion geleverd aan bibliotheken in Nederland en inmiddels ook steeds meer scholen. Als middelgrote organisatie bestaande uit een stichting en drie BV's, komen daar ook heel wat governance & compliance verantwoordelijkheden bij kijken, zoals op het gebied van privacy, duurzaamheid, auteursrecht, AI en contractbeheer. Jouw rol als Juridisch Medewerker Binnen NBD Biblion krijg je een brede juridische functie waarin adviseren, coördineren en uitvoeren samenkomen. Je ondersteunt de organisatie bij uiteenlopende juridische, governance- en compliancevraagstukken en helpt collega's om wet- en regelgeving te vertalen naar de dagelijkse praktijk. Je werkt nauw samen met onze Bestuurssecretaris en hebt veel contact met verschillende teams binnen de organisatie. Daarbij krijg je de ruimte om zelfstandig onderwerpen op te pakken, juridische risico's te signaleren en verbeteringen voor te stellen. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Privacy en AVG, waaronder het verwerkingsregister, verwerkersovereenkomsten en de afhandeling van datalekken; - Het adviseren van collega's over privacyvraagstukken en het ondersteunen bij de implementatie en naleving van privacybeleid; - Ontwikkelingen rondom AI, auteursrecht en intellectueel eigendom en het vertalen daarvan naar beleid en praktische afspraken; - Het juridisch beoordelen, beheren en waar nodig onderhandelen van co...
