- Werken bij YoungCapital - - Jouw profiel Juridisch Medewerker bij Belastingdienst in Den Haag Beoordeel complexe hersteldossiers en begeleid gedupeerde ouders als juridisch Medewerker bij de Belastingdienst in Den Haag. Wat ga je doen? Je gaat werken bij de directie Buitengewone Zaken Blauw (BZB), een onderdeel van de Belastingdienst dat complexe, politiek urgente opdrachten uitvoert die buiten de reguliere processen vallen. BZB richt zich onder andere op het herstel voor burgers die gedupeerd zijn door overheidshandelen, zoals de Toeslagenaffaire. Binnen het project 'Mijn Herstel' (MH) ligt de focus op het ondersteunen van gedupeerde ouders die dit proces willen afronden. Als Juridisch Medewerker Mijn Herstel maak je deel uit van het Programmabureau en kom je te werken in één van de Servicepunt teams. Je werkt gelijktijdig aan meerdere complexe dossiers en bent verantwoordelijk voor de inhoudelijke kwaliteit, voortgang en tijdige afronding, rekening houdend met de wettelijke termijnen. Jouw taken omvatten onder andere: - Het onafhankelijk en integraal toetsen van schadeverzoeken aan de geldende juridische en beleidsmatige kaders. - Het analyseren van schadeverhalen en bewijsstukken op relevantie, volledigheid en aannemelijkheid. - Het opvragen van ontbrekende of aanvullende informatie bij de gedupeerde ouders of hun gemachtigden. Je voert hierbij inhoudelijke gesprekken ter verificatie van de feiten, zonder de verantwoordelijkheid voor de claim over te nemen. - Het gestructureerd vastleggen van je bevindingen en conclusies in navolgbare beoordelingsdocumenten. - Het opstellen en onderbouwen van (concept) vaststellingsovereenkomsten (VSO's) ter voorbereiding op de besluitvorming. - Het bewaken van de voortgang binnen jouw dossierportefeuille en het tijdig escaleren van risico's of onduidelijkheden. - Het meedenken over en aandragen van oplossingen ter verbetering van de beoordelingsprocessen.
