Voor een modern en professioneel juridisch kantoor zoeken wij onze klant, bij de aanwerving van een Juridisch Administratief Medewerker/Legal Case Officer/Dossierbeheerder Invorderingen. Onze klant is een gevestigde waarde binnen de juridische dienstverlening en staat bekend om zijn gestructureerde aanpak, correcte toepassing van wetgeving en efficiënte behandeling van invorderings- en uitvoeringsdossiers.

Ter versterking van het juridische team zoeken zij een nauwkeurige en zelfstandige professional die juridische dossiers end-to-end kan beheren en actief bijdraagt aan een correcte en efficiënte werking binnen de organisatie. Ben jij sterk in juridische administratie, werk je gestructureerd en heb je ervaring met gerechtelijke procedures? Dan biedt deze functie een inhoudelijk sterke en stabiele carrièrekans.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Zelfstandig beheren en opvolgen van dossiers rond minnelijke en gerechtelijke invorderingen
  • Opstarten, opvolgen en afhandelen van uitvoeringsprocedures en beslagdossiers
  • Voorbereiden en opvolgen van roerende en onroerende beslagen conform wet- en regelgeving
  • Communiceren met schuldenaars, advocaten, rechtbanken en overheidsinstanties
  • Verwerken van inkomende en uitgaande juridische correspondentie
  • Zorgdragen voor correcte, volledige en juridisch sluitende dossiervorming
  • Uitvoeren van onderzoek naar de financiële en vermogenssituatie van schuldenaars
  • Juridisch correct documenteren en structureren van bevindingen en acties
  • Inhoudelijk ondersteunen van de gerechtsdeurwaarder bij juridische interpretatie en dossierbehandeling

Je beschikt over een Bachelor Rechten/Rechtspraktijk.

  • Een georganiseerde, gestructureerde en proactieve professional.
  • Zelfstandig werken met het vermogen om initiatief te nemen.
  • Het vermogen om je eigen werk te organiseren met oog voor de urgentie en deadlines van dossiers.
  • Discretie en nauwkeurigheid als vanzelfsprekende eigenschappen.
  • Vloeiend Nederlands spreken is een vereiste, kennis van Frans en Engels is wenselijk.
  • Goede computervaardigheden.
