Als juridisch medewerker gebiedsontwikkeling speel je een belangrijke rol in het begeleiden van deze ontwikkelingen, waarbij je zelfstandig juridische vraagstukken oppakt en oplossingen aandraagt. Juridisch advies De ruimtelijke ordening en het omgevingsrecht zijn continu in ontwikkeling, juist nu. Ontwikkelingen op het gebied van duurzaamheid, woningbouw en de transitie van het buitengebied hebben invloed op de gebiedsontwikkeling van onze gemeente. Dat merk jij als juridisch adviseur in jouw dagelijkse en daardoor afwisselende werkzaamheden. Deze diversiteit vraagt daarom om een stevige juridische basis. Als juridisch adviseur gebiedsontwikkeling ben je de juridische sparringpartner voor projectleiders, casemanagers en andere stakeholders. Je adviseert niet alleen, maar bent bovenal betrokken bij het sluiten van (anterieure) overeenkomsten en het, indien nodig, vertegenwoordigen van de gemeente bij beroepszaken in de rechtbank of bij de Raad van State. Als juridisch adviseur bewaak je de kaders en adviseer je op diverse aspecten van het voorliggende dossier. Wat jouw functie interessant maakt, is de afwisseling en de tastbaarheid van het werk. Je zit aan tafel met burgers, bestuur, projectleiders en -ontwikkelaars. Daarbij werk je aan concrete projecten, denk hierbij vooral aan de ontwikkeling van woningbouw of agrarische gebieden. De constante factor hierbij: jouw juridisch advies. Concreet ga je je als juridisch adviseur gebiedstonwikkeling bezighouden met: - Opstellen en adviseren over (anterieure) overeenkomsten. - Zelfstandig (juridisch) adviseren bij projecten gericht op gebiedsontwikkeling - Behandelen van zienswijzen, bezwaar, beroep en hoger beroep. - Behandel...
