- Beuningen Gld - 28 uur - HBO - € 3.824,- / € 5.624,- per maand Juridisch Medewerker Kwaliteitszorg Wmo & Jeugd Als Juridisch Medewerker Kwaliteitszorg Wmo & Jeugd in Beuningen draag je bij aan de kwaliteit, rechtmatigheid en zorgvuldigheid van de uitvoering binnen het sociaal domein. Je richt je vooral op de Jeugdwet en de Wmo en combineert juridische kennis met kwaliteitszorg. De functie is ingeschaald in schaal 10 . Wat ga je doen? Je toetst dossiers, adviseert collega's en draagt bij aan het verbeteren van werkprocessen binnen het sociaal domein. - Je toetst dossiers op inhoud, rechtmatigheid, doelmatigheid en zorgvuldigheid. - Je adviseert consulenten, beleidsadviseurs en collega's over complexe juridische en inhoudelijke vraagstukken. - Je signaleert juridische risico's en verbeterpunten. - Je vertaalt wet- en regelgeving naar praktische werkprocessen en instructies. - Je draagt bij aan het borgen en verbeteren van werkprocessen en werkwijzen. - Je denkt mee over bezwaar- en beroepsprocedures, audits en andere juridische toetsingsmomenten. - Je doet verbetervoorstellen en helpt deze in de praktijk te brengen. Wie ben jij? Je bent een ervaren juridisch professional met kennis van het sociaal domein. Je kunt wet- en regelgeving goed vertalen naar de dagelijkse praktijk en weet complexe vraagstukken helder uit te leggen. Je werkt nauwkeurig, bent analytisch sterk en zoekt actief naar oplossingen en verbeteringen. Eisen - Een afgeronde hbo-bacheloropleiding in sociaal-juridische dienstverlening, rechten, Social Work of een vergelijkbare richting. - Aantoonbare werkervaring met de Jeugdwet en/of Wmo. - Minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring in een juridische en/of kwaliteitszorgfunctie binnen het sociaal domein. - Werkervaring binnen een gemeentelijke of vergelijkbare overheidsorganisatie. - Je bent uiterlijk vanaf 12 oktober 2026 beschikbaar voor gemiddeld 28 uur per week gedurende de opdracht.
