In het kort: Je gaat binnen het sociaal domein de kwaliteit en rechtmatigheid van de uitvoering van Jeugdwet en Wmo bewaken, dossiers toetsen, collega’s juridisch adviseren, risico’s signaleren en werkprocessen en werkwijzen verbeteren en borgen. Opdrachtgever De gemeente Beuningen strekt zich uit langs de zuidelijke oever van de Waal en bestaat naast Beuningen uit de dorpen Ewijk, Winssen en Weurt. Samen met ruim 180 collega’s werken wij aan een hoge mate van toegankelijkheid richting inwoners. Binnen de gemeente Beuningen wordt er gewerkt met zelforganiserende teams. Samenwerken, verantwoordelijkheid nemen en flexibiliteit zijn belangrijke kernbegrippen en van groot belang in de organisatie. Collega’s zijn hulpvaardig, betrokken en er heerst een prettige werksfeer. Daarnaast is er ruimte voor creativiteit, vernieuwing en (persoonlijke) ontwikkeling. Opdracht De juridisch medewerker kwaliteitszorg levert een inhoudelijke bijdrage aan de kwaliteit, rechtmatigheid en zorgvuldigheid van de uitvoering binnen het sociaal domein. De focus ligt op de Jeugdwet en de Wmo. De kandidaat toetst dossiers, adviseert collega's bij complexe juridische en inhoudelijke vraagstukken, signaleert risico's en verbeterpunten en draagt bij aan het borgen en verbeteren van werkprocessen en werkwijzen binnen de gemeente Beuningen. Werkdagen De opdracht wordt vervuld op de volgende werkdagen: Ma – Di – Wo – Do – Vr. Is hybride werken mogelijk: Nee. Eisen -Dienstverband: Detachering - Maximaal 5 pagina’s cv, excl. motivatiebrief (1 pgn) en excl. voorblad (1 pgn), opgesteld in het Nederlands (minimaal 2 referenties, bestaande uit naam, functie en organisatie) in pdf. - Aantoonbare afgeronde sociaal juridische dienstverlening, rechten, social work en/of direct vergelijkbare opleiding op minimaal hbo-bachelor niveau; - Aantoonbare werkervaring met de Jeugdwet en/of Wmo. Licht dit duidelijk toe aan de hand van minimaal één concreet voorbeeld en/of referentieproject; - Minimaal 3 jaar aantoonba.
