Dan is de vacature voor juridisch medewerker VTH voor de gemeenten Reusel-De Mierden en Eersel iets voor jou. Wat ga je doen? Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor de juridische zaken en procedures op het gebied van het omgevingsrecht voor de gemeenten Reusel-De Mierden en Eersel. Het gaat dan om het adviseren en begeleiden van handhavingstrajecten. Ook vertegenwoordig je de gemeenten in bezwaar- en beroepsprocedures, zowel bij handhavingstrajecten als omgevingsvergunningen. Indien nodig kunnen ook Woo-verzoeken tot jouw takenpakket horen. Wat vragen wij van jou? - Een afgeronde HBO opleiding op het Juridisch gebied, in de richting van Bouwrecht, Staats- en Bestuursrecht of een vergelijkbare richting; - Werkervaring in vergelijkbare functie is een pré; - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel in woord als in geschrift; - Ruime ervaring met juridische procedures in het kader van vergunningverlening, toezicht en handhaving. We zorgen goed voor onze mensen. Dat mag je verwachten van samenwerkende maatschappelijke werkgevers. Dit krijg je van ons: - Een bruto maandsalaris volgens schaal 9 van de CAO Gemeenten, o.b.v. 36 uur per week. (Start je met minder ervaring? Dan begin je in de aanloopschaal en groei je door); - Een Individueel Keuzebudget van 17,05% van je salaris: laat het uitbetalen of gebruik het voor extra verlof of opleidingen; - Reiskostenvergoeding : € 0,25/km woon-werk en € 0,37/km voor dienstreizen; - Bijdrage aan je zorgverzekering , ongeacht welke aanbieder je hebt; - Een uitstekende pensioenregeling bij ABP - wij betalen 70% van de premie; - Een extra jaarlijkse uitkering van € 659,- netto (op basis van 36 uur); - Veel opleidingsmogelijkheden en ruimte om te groeien in je werk; - Korting op een arbeidsongeschiktheidsverzekering via Loyalis, plus een tegemoetko...
