Business support 32 - 40 uur Utrecht Als Juridisch Secretaresse voer je zelfstandig secretariële, administratieve en facilitaire werkzaamheden in teamverband uit ten behoeve van de organisatie. Je fungeert als schakel tussen advocaat en gerechtelijke instanties, cliënten, relaties en derden en neemt op deze manier een grote organisatorische verantwoordelijkheid uit handen. Je werkt samen met je collega's voor diverse praktijkgroepen. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - het verwerken van opdrachten uit de gezamenlijke secretariaat inbox; - het uitwerken van dictaten; - het verzorgen van de in- en uitgaande juridische correspondentie (dagvaardingen, klachten en gerechtelijke verzoeken); - termijnbewaking; - afhandeling in- en uitgaand telefonisch contact; - beheer en boeken van vergaderlocaties; - zorg dragen voor een representatieve cliëntzone; en - het ontvangen van gasten en leveranciers en voorzien van koffie/thee. Wat breng jij mee? Je persoonlijkheid kenmerkt zich door enthousiasme, motivatie, doorzettingsvermogen en betrokkenheid. Je kunt goed plannen en organiseren. Ook werk je in meerdere opdrachten gelijktijdig en je weet de gestelde doelen met succes te realiseren. Verder herken je jezelf in de volgende punten: - je beschikt over MBO werk- en denkniveau of volgt momenteel een MBO-opleiding (BBL); - je beheerst het Microsoft Office pakket volledig; en - je spreekt goed Engels of bent bereid je de taal eigen te maken.
