Voor een advocatenkantoor in Den Haag en Rotterdam zijn wij op zoek naar een juridisch secretaresse. In deze veelzijdige functie ondersteun je een specialistisch team van advocaten en zorg je ervoor dat de dagelijkse praktijk soepel verloopt. Omschrijving Vanaf het begin ben je nauw betrokken bij de werkzaamheden binnen het team. Je krijgt veel vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid en houdt je onder andere bezig met: - het beheren van lopende procedures; - e-mail- en agendabeheer; - het bewaken van belangrijke termijnen; - het aanmaken, voorbereiden en uitwerken van processtukken; - het verwerken, scannen en archiveren van inkomende stukken; - het professioneel afhandelen van telefoongesprekken; - het ondersteunen van advocaten en collega's bij uiteenlopende werkzaamheden. Eisen Je bent zelfstandig, proactief en weet ook op drukke momenten het overzicht te bewaren. Je schakelt gemakkelijk tussen verschillende werkzaamheden en vindt het vanzelfsprekend om collega's te helpen wanneer dat nodig is. Daarnaast beschik je over: - een afgeronde mbo-opleiding; - relevante werkervaring als secretaresse, bij voorkeur binnen een juridische omgeving; - een beschikbaarheid van 30 tot 37,5 uur per week; - beschikbaarheid op woensdag en vrijdag; - een stevige, flexibele en stressbestendige persoonlijkheid; - een klantgerichte en collegiale instelling; - een uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal; - enthousiasme en een positieve, praktische werkhouding; - de ambitie om jezelf persoonlijk en professioneel verder te ontwikkelen.
