Onze klant is een internationaal kantoor gevestigd in 17 landen en richt zich op juridische dienstverlening op het gebied van procesrecht, vastgoed, intellectueel eigendom, IT, privacy, arbeidsrecht, ondernemingsrecht, mededingingsrecht, aanbestedingsrecht, banking & finance en insolventierecht. Het kantoor staat bekend om zijn moderne, professionele, klantgerichte benadering en de informele werksfeer. Functieomschrijving Als jr. Juridisch Secretaresse kom je te werken in het Real Estate & Construction team, bestaande uit vooraanstaande adviseurs op het gebied van onder meer commerciële vastgoedtransacties, projectontwikkeling en huur, waarbij de advocatuur en het notariaat nauw samenwerken. Je wordt onderdeel van een hecht team waarbij enthousiasme, assertiviteit en gedeeld succes voorop staan. Wat ga jij doen? - Plannen en coördineren van afspraken en meetings; - Aanmaken, bijhouden en archiveren van dossiers; - Het beheren van agenda's; - Ondersteuning geven bij het voeren van procedures; - Voorbereiden en opstellen van (juridische) documenten; - Het (telefonisch) contact onderhouden met cliënten, rechtbanken en andere externe partijen. Wie ben jij? - Je beschikt over minimaal MBO/HBO werk- en denkniveau - Je kunt goed uit de voeten met Microsoft Office, Teams en relevante software voor de juridische praktijk zoals LegalSence, tijdschrijfprogramma's, etc. - Je bent zelfstandig werkend, hands-on met een proactieve instelling - Je bent een open en stressbestendige persoonlijkheid - Je bent een enthousiaste, collegial...
